So, they obviously were keen to make sure that their rocket launch preparatory to a space-walk went off all OK. No problem, announce the succesful launch before it had even happened. Create messages that were false.
Obviously their liaison with Iran extends to the same Photoshop user as did the Iranian missile launch photographs.
