Back to the trough?

I do not suppose that too many of us here in the UK read many foreign papers - there is more than enough of our own media than we need to wrap chips. However, here is a nice little tit-bit from a far away country. Lot of oil there. Just like Iraq. Being praised by the member (what an apt word for this guy! An upright member) for Bow & Bethnal Green. Just like he did in Iraq where, I hasten to add, it has not been admitted by him that he was doing nicely on vouchers.Wonder what the benefits are for his constituents?
